How to Apply Essential Oils?

There are 3 common ways to use essential oils:

  1. Inhalation: The aromatic use of essential oils through diffusers, putting a drop on your hands and inhaling, or wearing as a personal fragrance.

  2. On your skin: Application of the essential oils absorbs through your skin through your hands and/or your feet! Massages, lotions, or moisturizers.

  3. Ingestion: Only use oils that are allowed to be ingested! Add to a glass of water or put a drop under your tongue.

*Avoid applying essential oils to sensitive areas such as eyes, directly to the nose, or any near/on any wounds.

One of our favorite ways to use essential oils at the Sanctuary is through our Spray Bottles. Easy to spray + mist.
