Rachel Ann

Rachel has studied many modalities of spiritual practices. She is a Reiki master, IET practitioner, energy healing facilitator, yoga /meditation instructor, student of the shamanic ways, channeler of the divine energies and psychic medium. Her practices always include connecting in an intuitive and heart based manner. Her love is to gather from various cultures and sacred ways and to then share them with others as she is so called.

The goal is simple: her compassionate intuitive nature will assist in helping to release and reveal your purest truest self in order to grow strong and transition away from the untruths that may have come your way, causing trauma or illness or dis-ease in your life. When working with Rachel you will receive what is provided to her via intuition, the divine, universe, God or whomever it is that you choose to call the force that supports and connects all that is. Rachel believes she is not the one healing you-you are; by uncovering the truth that you are carrying within and allowing yourself to be in that personal truth.

Deanna Courtney

Deanna is our wellness support, our human resource, and our ‘go to’ when we have work, personal, or health challenges. She is part of our benefits package for our staff. Deanna has had many varied careers: from running a day care in her home to designing and implementing the first long range in-school suspension program for the local school system, and co-creating a local artists Co-op.

As the Executive Director of the Tupper Lake Chamber of Commerce she facilitated businesses working together. She comes to us with a wide array of knowledge about business, communication, about systems and about health. Her life experience serves our entire staff tremendously. She offers her humor, creativity and knowledge base to our staff year round with her Health Assurance Program.

When Deanna is not teaching people about how amazing their bodies are, she visits her 3 children and 3 grand children. She loves the outdoors, and loves creating “Home.” And currently is re-designing aspects of  her childhood home so she can offer onsite, short-term learning and healing retreats. Her faith in God is great and prioritizes time in nature with her daily walks, biking, stand up paddle boarding (in the summer) and any snowy fun adventures in the winter. Deanna loves to sing for funerals as it honors Life…and has fun singing karaoke and open mic. If it is fun, Deanna is in!
