Cell Phone policy?

We have a very Zen + Tranquil environment. To ensure our ambiance remains calm while others are in session, we ask that you use quiet whispers + remain peaceful. Cell phones (unless an emergency) are turned off + not encouraged during your session to respect others receiving treatments + your therapist that is working on you.

Where do we receive our treatments?

All our treatments are all performed in one big room on the Sanctuary floor. We can see 6 clients at a time. Our space is cozy + inviting! We do our best to minimize noise, yet please note our soaking bowls are on rolling wheels + our reception area is out front. We perform all our treatments listed from our menu on the Sanctuary floor. Please take all these factors into consideration when booking.

What should I know when I’m with my practitioner?

Your practitioner will check in with you with clear communication about your treatment/s, water temperature, + treatment pressure. Beside your online intake form, they will do a short verbal intake before your treatment. As a client, please let your practitioner know of your needs during your session. We will accommodate you as best we can!
