Restoration lives in every breath, but it is when you slow down, bring awareness to its ebbs and flows, that you become reacquainted with its precious power. You are invited to relax into the breath meditation as you receive the massage portion of your ritual and let gentle breathwork give you intentional space to restore and rejuvenate. The combination of extended exhales, brief holds, and breath awareness reminds your body that it can indeed restore, one breath at a time.

Please bring earbuds to your treatment. Upon arrival, you will receive a card with a QR code. During your session you will scan the QR code with your phone and be guided on the breathwork journey.
